Our Solution

Our approach would center on establishing a comprehensive Security Operations Center: We would design a centralized command center capable of monitoring 300+ cameras with AI-powered analytics to detect suspicious behavior, crowd formation, and abandoned objects. Our deployment model includes 20 security officers across 3 daily shifts with specialized roles: foot patrols, vehicle patrols, parking enforcement, and rapid response teams. We would implement a tenant liaison program establishing direct communication channels to all stores.
