The Challenge
A corporate industrial client in Central Texas required professional security coverage while high-value operational assets had to remain staged outside during an active operational period. Exposed assets included energy and storage equipment, generators, commercial vehicles, and exterior operational equipment and materials. The client needed a licensed Texas security provider capable of mobilizing on short notice, holding overnight and extended coverage, and adapting to a completion date that could move as operational requirements evolved. Continuity mattered as much as the coverage itself. Any gap would have forced the client to source and onboard a replacement provider mid-project while equipment remained exposed.
Our Solution
Shield Spire Security LLC rapidly deployed professional security personnel for the client and established onsite coverage during the period when high-value operational assets required exterior protection. The multi-week assignment ran during August 2026, combining overnight and extended coverage, and delivered 322 documented security coverage hours in total.
Five licensed security officers were rotated through the assignment. Coverage was built around visible security presence, routine exterior patrols, asset monitoring, observation and reporting of the protected areas, and defined escalation readiness. The assignment was structured as an observe-and-report security operation, with officers documenting conditions rather than intervening physically.
As operational requirements evolved and valuable equipment remained outside longer than anticipated, the client authorized multiple short-notice extensions. Shield Spire Security accommodated each extension and maintained continuity throughout the changing assignment, so the client never had to onboard another security provider mid-project.
During an overnight security shift, an individual approached the protected facility area. The assigned officer identified the activity and moved to assess the situation. After observing the visible security presence, the individual discontinued the approach and left the area. No unauthorized entry, confrontation, property disturbance, or escalation occurred. The event was documented factually as a deterrence and observation outcome.
The deployment concluded after the client confirmed that the protected assets had been secured.

Technology & Accountability
Shift scheduling, officer attendance verification, patrol and observation documentation, and structured shift reporting were handled through Shield Spire Ops, the enterprise security operations platform owned and developed by GEEC AI Inc. Shield Spire Security LLC operates on the platform as a licensed security services provider; Shield Spire Ops is not a Shield Spire Security product.
For this assignment, the platform supported multi-week shift continuity across five officers, rapid schedule changes as client-authorized extensions were approved, documentation of the overnight deterrence observation, and routine reporting of site conditions handed back to the client throughout the deployment.
