The Challenge

A sorority-affiliated social event attended by Texas A&M University students in Cedar Park, Texas required professional event security coverage to support guest safety, access management, and event operations. The client required visible security personnel capable of assisting with guest screening procedures, monitoring attendee activity, supporting event staff, and maintaining a professional security presence throughout the venue. The event included approximately 200 attendees and required controlled entry procedures utilizing wristband verification and identification checks.
